Diabetes is rising across the country, and the technology used to manage it grows more complex every year. That complexity hits vulnerable users hardest, especially children and older adults. When they cannot keep their devices working, it can lead to avoidable emergencies and hospital visits. Devices are reaching people faster than the support to use them.

Glunox is deliberately bounded. We support the technology around diabetes devices, the phones, apps, networking, and connectivity, and we help people through device changes. We never give medical advice; anything clinical goes back to the appropriate health professional. We are a complement to diabetes care, not a substitute for it.

Glunox was founded by Radhouane Derouiche, who brings over 15 years of leadership experience across technology operations and service delivery, hands-on experience supporting patients with diabetes technology, and graduate training in business administration and information systems.

Hospitality leadership across Asia. Executive operations and sales & marketing roles across China, Taiwan, and Japan, building service systems for demanding environments.

A pivot toward technology. The pandemic’s disruption of hospitality prompted a shift toward health technology and the diabetes device space.

A Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Doctorate in Business Administration in progress, with research focused on the diabetes medical device industry and financial markets.
